Steamed Pork Ribs with Garlic and Black Bean Sauce (豉汁蒸排骨 )
- Marinated 1.5 pounds of pork ribs with 2 Tbsp soy sauce, 1 Tbsp of minced garlic, 2 Tbsp of dark soy bean paste, 2 Tbsp of cornstarch and 2 Tbsp of oil for few hours.
- Chop 3-5 fresh Thai red chili pepper on the top before place into steamer
- Steam the pork ribs at high heat for 13-15 minutes
- Sprinkle some scallions or cilantro on the top before serving.
