Homemade Pork Chop with Garlic 蒜香豬扒
- Tenderize 2 piece of pork chops by using meat mallet pounding on both sides
- Marinate pork chops with 2 Tbsp of soy sauce, 1 Tbsp of minced garlic, 2 Tbsp of cornstarch and 2 Tbsp of oil for few hours
- Cut few slices of tomato and prepare baby spinach, set aside
- Low heat cooking pan with 2 Tbsp of oil with 2 cloves of whole garlic cook for a minute
- Add pork chop and turn heat to medium, cook each side to golden brown. (Average around 4-6 minutes on each side depend on the thickness)
- Place the cooked pork chop on the top of baby spinach, ready to serve
