Stir-Fried Noodles with Chicken and Shrimp
Stir-Fried Noodles with Chicken and Shrimp
- Cut 1 chicken leg (boneless and skinless) into an inch cube size
- Marinate chicken with half Tbsp of soy sauce, 1 Tbsp of cornstarch and 1 Tbsp of oil for few hours
- Peeled and devein shrimp. Seasoned with salt & pepper and oil
- Pre-cook noodles (egg noodle, rice vermicelli, udon or spaghetti noodle all works well in this recipe), set aside
- Cut 8 oz of green cabbage into small pieces, 2 scallions and 4 ozs of baby corns. Set aside
- Cook 2 eggs scramble. Set aside
- Medium heat cooking pan with 1 Tbsp of oil. Add chicken cook for few minutes until turn grown.
- Add shrimp cook for a minute. Take chicken and shrimp out. Set aside
- Medium heat cooking pan with 2 Tbsp of oil, then add cabbage stir fry for a minute.
- Turn to high heat, add noodles stir fry for few minutes
- Add 1 Tbsp of soy sauce, 1 Tbsp of oyster sauce, 1 tsp of black pepper.
- Add chicken and shrimp, scramble eggs, scallions and baby corn. Mix well
- Add 1 tsp of sesame oil. Ready to serve
