Shredded Pork with String Bean 沙茶肉絲炒四季豆
- Cut 8 oz of string bean, 1 carrot in an inch length. Set aside
- Cut 6 oz of pork in strip, marinate with 1 Tbsp of soy sauce, 1 tsp of white pepper powder, 1 Tbsp of cornstarch and 1 Tbsp of oil for few hours
- Medium heat cooking pan with 1 Tbsp of oil with 1 Tbsp of minced garlic
- Add pork cook to medium well, take it out set aside.
- Add 1 Tbsp of oil, then 1 Tbsp of Chinese BBQ sauce (沙茶醬)
- Add cut string beans and carrot stir-fry for 5 minutes
- Add pork, then add 1 tsp of soy sauce, 1 tsp of sugar and 1 tsp of white pepper powder
- Continue cook for few minutes, add 1 tsp of sesame oil. Ready to serve.
