Pine nuts Shrimp (Gluten-Free Cooking)
Ingredients:
- Frozen shrimp (36/40 size) one pound
- Celery and carrots (2 each)
- Minced garlic 1 Tbsp
- Ginger 2 slices
- Pine nuts 1/4 cup
- Gluten-free chicken broth 1/4 cup
- Salt 1 tsp
- White pepper powder 1/2 tsp (or black pepper powder)
- Cornstarch mixed with water 2 Tbsp
- Sesame oil 1 tsp
Instructions:
- Defrost shrimp, wash it with 2 Tbsp of salt and rinse dry
- Cut celery and carrots into small pieces
- Medium heat cooking pan with 2 Tbsp of oil
- Add minced garlic and ginger stir fry for 10 seconds
- Add cut celery and carrots
- Stir fry for a minutes, then add chicken broth
- Once the chicken broth turned boiling, add shrimp and pine nuts cook for a minute
- Add mixed cornstarch with water to thicken the sauce
- Add sesame oil and ready to serve
