Chicken with Broccoli (Gluten-Free Cooking)
Chicken with Broccoli (Gluten-Free Cooking)
- Debone and deskin chicken thighs (2), and cut into dice/cube shape
- Seasoned chicken thighs with 1 Tbsp of gluten-free soy sauce, 1 tsp of white pepper, 1 Tbsp of cornstarch and 1 Tbsp of oil
- Cut broccoli into pieces. Boiled them in hot water for 2 minutes and rinse them with ice water
- Medium heat cooking pan with 2 Tbsp of oil
- Add 1 Tbsp of minced garlic and chicken
- Stir-fried the chicken to well done, then add the cooked broccoli and 1/2 can of baby corns
- Add 1/4 cup of gluten-free chicken broth and 1 tsp of salt
- Add cornstarch mixed with water to thicken the sauce
- Add 1 tsp of sesame oil and ready to serve.
