Shrimp with Lobster Sauce 蝦龍糊
Shrimp with Lobster Sauce 蝦龍糊
- Peeled and devein shrimp. Seasoned with salt and pepper and 1 Tbsp of oil
- Medium heat cooking pan with 1 Tbsp of oil
- Pan seared the shrimp about 20 seconds each side, take them out the pan
- Add 3/4 cup of chicken broth, 1/4 cup of frozen mixed vegetables. (Add salt if needed)
- Once the chicken broth boiled, turn low heat
- Add shrimp, then add cornstarch mixed with water to thicken the broth
- Slowly add scrambled egg white (2) all over the broth, slightly stir to make it like a thin layer
- Add 1 tsp of sesame oil. Ready to serve
