Garlic Pan-Seared Beef Short Ribs 蒜煎牛仔骨
- Marinate 5 slices of beef short ribs with 2 Tbsp of soy sauce, 1 Tbsp of cooking wine, 1 tsp of black pepper, 1 tsp of white pepper, 1 tsp of sugar and 1 Tbsp of oil for an hour
- Chopped 6 cloves of garlic, set aside
- Cut one large yellow onion in slices, set aside
- Medium heat the cooking pan with 1 tsp of oil
- Add cut yellow onion cook until soft. Place in a serving plate
- Add 1 Tbsp of oil to the same cooking pan with the minced garlic cook for 10 seconds, then add beef ribs
- Pan-sear the beef ribs until brown on each side (Depends on the ribs thickness, should take around 2 minutes on each side)
- Take the ribs out and cut in pieces, put on top of the onion. Ready to serve.
