SALSA TONNATA

INGREDIENTI

  • 1 uovo intero e un tuorlo
  • 300 g di olio di semi
  • succo di mezzo limone
  • 80 g di tonno sott'olio
  • 1 cucchiaino di capperi
  • 3 filetti di acciuga
  • sale q. b.

PREPARAZIONE

Mettere nel boccale il tonno, i capperi e le acciughe.

Sminuzzare a vel 8 per 20 sec.

Inserire la farfalla e le uova, il limone, il sale.

Versare l'olio con il misurino leggermente inclinato velocità 3-4 per 20-30 second circa.
