Pan-Fried Scallops with Garlic 蒜蓉煎帶子
- Rinse 10 pieces of sea scallops with salt
- Dry scallop by using paper towels
- Marinate scallops with 1 tsp of salt, 1 tsp of white pepper powder, 1 Tbsp of cornstarch and 1 Tbsp of oil for few hours
- Medium-low heat cooking pan with 1 Tbsp of oil and 1 Tbsp of minced garlic
- Pan-fry scallops to golden grown on both side (~2 minutes each side)
- Optional: add 2 Tbsp of chicken broth
- Place baby spinach on serving plate, put scallops on top of the spinach. Ready to serve
