Homemade Ginger Garlic Seafood and Tofu - Cod Fish Fillets and Jumbo Shrimp (Gluten-Free Cooking)
- Cut tofu in square shape and breaded with cornstarch
- Peeled and devein jumbo shrimp, and breaded with cornstarch
- Cut fish fillet into slices, and breaded with cornstarch
- Medium heat cooking pan fill quarter up of oil.
- Pan fried shrimp, fish fillets and tofu separately until crispy and golden brown, set aside.
- Low heat cooking pan with 1 Tbsp of oil
- Add ginger (4 slices) and Garlic (4 gloves) cook for a minute
- Add 2 Tbsp of gluten-free soy sauce, 2 Tbsp of sugar, 1 Tbsp of rice vinegar, 4 Tbsp of gluten-free chicken broth and 4 Tbsp of water.
- Continue low heat to reduce the juice
- Add shrimp, fish fillets and tofu, turn to high heat for a minute
- Add 1 Tbsp of scallions and 1 tsp of sesame oil, ready to serve.
