Homemade Ginger Garlic Seafood and Tofu - Cod Fish Fillets and Jumbo Shrimp (Gluten-Free Cooking)

  1. Cut tofu in square shape and breaded with cornstarch
  2. Peeled and devein jumbo shrimp, and breaded with cornstarch
  3. Cut fish fillet into slices, and breaded with cornstarch
  4. Medium heat cooking pan fill quarter up of oil.
  5. Pan fried shrimp, fish fillets and tofu separately until crispy and golden brown, set aside.
  6. Low heat cooking pan with 1 Tbsp of oil
  7. Add ginger (4 slices) and Garlic (4 gloves) cook for a minute
  8. Add 2 Tbsp of gluten-free soy sauce, 2 Tbsp of sugar, 1 Tbsp of rice vinegar, 4 Tbsp of gluten-free chicken broth and 4 Tbsp of water.
  9. Continue low heat to reduce the juice
  10. Add shrimp, fish fillets and tofu, turn to high heat for a minute
  11. Add 1 Tbsp of scallions and 1 tsp of sesame oil, ready to serve.
