Homemade Scallion Ginger Lobsters (薑蔥龍蝦)
- Prepare 3 fresh lobsters by trimming legs and clean out the black stuffs
- Cut lobster tail into half, then cut into 2 inches pieces
- Clean with 2 Tbsp of salt, then rinse and dry the lobster
- Add 2 Tbsp of cornstarch mix well with lobster meat
- Cut 6 large slices of gingers and 6 scallions. Set aside
- Medium heat cooking pan with 4 Tbsp of oil
- Add gingers and slow cook for a minute
- Add lobster, stir fry for a minute
- Add 1 tsp of salt, 2 cup of chicken broth and scallions
- Close the lid cook for 6 minutes
- Mix 1 Tbsp of cornstarch with 3 Tbsp of water, slowly add to thicken the sauce
- Add 1 tsp of sesame oil, ready to serve
