Roast Pork Pan-Fried Noodles
Roast Pork Pan-Fried Noodles
- Pan fried egg noodles with 5 Tbsp of oil on each side for 3 minutes until crispy golden brown
- Drain all excessive oil by using paper towel. Set aside
- Soak 4 shiitake mushroom until soft, cut in half set aside
- Cut broccoli and carrot, set aside
- Cut roast pork into few large slices, set aside
- Medium heat cooking pan with 2 Tbsp of oil and 1 Tbsp of minced garlic
- Add mushroom slightly stir-fried for a minute
- Add broccoli and carrot with 1 Tbsp of soy sauce, 1 Tbsp of oyster sauce, 1 tsp of white pepper, 1 tsp of sugar and 1 cup of chicken broth cook for few minutes
- Add roast pork, then add cornstarch mixed with water to thicken the sauce
- Add 1 tsp of sesame oil, place on the top of the crispy noodles. Ready to serve
