Homemade Beef Fried Rice
1. Marinate 6 oz of shredded beef with 1 Tbsp of soy sauce, 1 Tbsp of cornstarch and 1 Tbsp of oil for few hours. (You can substitute shredded beef for ground beef)
2. Pre-cook white rice, set aside to cool off (Overnight leftover rice is fine too)
3. Cut few large pieces of iceberg lettuce
4. Medium heat cooking pan with 1 Tbsp of oil
5. Add beef stir-fry to medium temperature, take it out set aside
6. Use the same cooking pan with 1 Tbsp of oil
7. Add 2 scrambled eggs stir fry for 30 seconds
8. Add rice and keep stir-fry for few minutes
9. Add 2 tsp of soy sauce, 1 tsp of Maggie sauce, 1 tsp of salt and 1 tsp of white pepper
10. Turn high heat, add beef and lettuce keep stir fry for another two minutes. Ready to serve.
11. ** If you don’t like lettuce, you can substitute it for peas and carrots. **
