Garlic Butter Mussels
Garlic Butter Mussels
1. Rinse mussels with cold water several times. Set aside
2. Low heat cooking pan with 3 Tbsp of butter
3. Add 2 Tbsp minced garlic, half chopped yellow onions and 1 chopped tomato, slowly cook for a minute
4. Turn to medium heat, add mussels and 1 cup of chicken broth (1/2 cup of white wine - optional)
5. Squeeze half fresh lemon and 1 tsp of salt
6. Cover the pan with the lid and cook for 5-7 minutes
7. Add either parsley or cilantro for favor, ready to serve
