Sautéed Shrimp and Chicken with Baby Bok Choy (Gluten-Free)
1. Peeled and devein shrimp. Seasoned with salt & pepper and oil
2. Marinate chicken breast: https://www.facebook.com/110487647807272/videos/744812486201276
3. Boil baby bok choy in hot water with 1 Tbsp of salt and 1 Tbsp of oil. Take it out and set aside
4. Medium heat cooking pan with 1 Tbsp of minced garlic.
5. Add chicken breast stir-fry for few minutes
6. Add shrimp and 1/2 cup of gluten-free chicken broth
7. Add cornstarch mixed with water to thicken the sauce
8. Place the chicken and shrimp on top of the vegetable, ready to serve
