Chicken with Vegetables
1. Cut 2 chicken legs (boneless and skinless) into an inch cube size
2. Marinate chicken with 1 Tbsp of soy sauce, 1 tsp of salt, 1 tsp of white pepper powder, 1 Tbsp of cornstarch and 1 Tbsp of oil
3. Soak 4 pieces of shiitake mushroom until soft, cut in small slices. Set aside
4. Cut Broccoli, carrot into small pieces. Boil broccoli, carrot and baby corns in hot water for a minute. Set aside
5. Low heat cooking pan with 1 Tbsp of oil
6. Add 1 Tbsp of minced garlic cook until golden grown
7. Turn to medium heat, add chicken and mushroom cook for few minutes
8. Add 1 Tbsp of soy sauce, 1 Tbsp of oyster sauce, half Tbsp of sugar and 1 cup of chicken broth
9. Add vegetables cook for another few minute
10. Add cornstarch mixed with water to thicken the sauce. Ready to serve
