Fried Tofu Cold Salad
1. Cut tofu into thin slices, set aside (use the ready-made fried tofu package)
2. Cut one cucumber, half red onion, 2 scallions and hand full of cilantro. Set aside
3. Mix 1.5 Tbsp of soy sauce, 1 Tbsp of sesame oil, 1 Tbsp of sugar, half Tbsp of vinegar with 1 Tbsp of minced garlic
4. Mix tofu, vegetables and garlic sauce together, let it sit in refrigerator for an hour. Ready to serve
