Roast Pork Pan-Fried Noodles
1. Pan fried egg noodles with 5 Tbsp of oil on each side for 3 minutes until crispy golden brown
2. Drain all excessive oil by using paper towel. Set aside
3. Soak 4 shiitake mushroom until soft, cut in half set aside
4. Cut broccoli and carrot, set aside
5. Cut roast pork into few large slices, set aside
6. Medium heat cooking pan with 2 Tbsp of oil and 1 Tbsp of minced garlic
7. Add mushroom slightly stir-fried for a minute
8. Add broccoli and carrot with 1 Tbsp of soy sauce, 1 Tbsp of oyster sauce, 1 tsp of white pepper, 1 tsp of sugar and 1 cup of chicken broth cook for few minutes
9. Add roast pork, then add cornstarch mixed with water to thicken the sauce
10. Add 1 tsp of sesame oil, place on the top of the crispy noodles. Ready to serve
