West Lake Beef Soup
1. Marinate 4 oz of ground beef with 1 tsp of soy sauce, 1 tsp of cornstarch and 1 tsp of oil for an hour (prefer hand minced meat, not from machine)
2. Cut handful of cilantro into small pieces (1 inch length), set aside
3. Boil 2.5 cups of water, add 1 Tbsp of chicken bouillon
4. Add beef and make sure remove brown stuffs floating on the top
5. Add quarter cup of green peas
6. Add cornstarch mixed with water to thicken the soup
7. Add 2 scramble egg white, then add cilantro
8. Add half tsp of white pepper powder, half tsp of salt and 1 tsp of sesame oil. Ready to serve
