Beer Chicken 啤酒雞
1. Debone 5 chicken drumsticks (keep the skin)
2. Marinate chicken with 1 Tbsp of soy sauce, 1 tsp of white pepper, 1 tsp of black pepper, 1 Tbsp of cornstarch and 1 Tbsp of oil for few hours
3. Low heat cooking pan with 2 Tbsp of oil
4. Add 1 cut small red onions and 3 cloves of garlic. Slow cook for few minutes, the remove onion and garlic from oil
5. Turn to medium heat, add the chicken with skin down first, cook for few minutes until golden brown, flip over
6. Add a bottle of beer, then add 1 tsp of dark soy sauce, 1 tsp of sugar ,and onion & garlic
7. Cook 5-7 minute, take the chicken out first.
8. Remove onion and garlic from the beer sauce. Add 1 tsp of sesame oil. Pour the sauce on a serving plate.
9. Cut the chicken into small pieces and set on top of the sauce.
