Stir-fried Beef with Scallions 蔥爆牛肉
1. Cut 6 oz of beef into slices (prefer Sirloin)
2. Marinate with 1 Tbsp of soy sauce, 1 tsp of white pepper powder, 1 Tbsp of cornstarch and 1 Tbsp of oil
3. Cut half red onion, half yellow onion, half red bell pepper and 4-5 green onions into small pieces. Set aside
4. Low heat cooking pan with 2 Tbsp of oil with 1 Tbsp of minced garlic and 1 Tbsp of minced ginger cook for a minute
5. Turn to medium-high heat, add beef stir-fry to medium cook, then add vegetables
6. Add 1 Tbsp of soy sauce, 1 Tbsp of oyster sauce, 1 Tbsp of cooking wine and 1 tsp of sugar cook for a minute
7. Add 1 tsp of sesame oil. Ready to serve
