Chinese Style Spare Ribs
1. Marinate a rack of baby back ribs (3-4 pounds) with a package of ready-made Chinese BBQ ribs seasoning (prefer to sit in refrigerator overnight)
2. Set air-fryer 400˚F for 20 minutes, flip the ribs upside down and brush with oil every 5 minutes.
3. Brush a layer of honey or maple syrup on both side of the ribs, back in the fryer for 2 minutes.
4. Sprinkle sesame seeds and ready to serve
