Spicy Chicken
1. Cut 2 chicken legs (boneless and skinless) into an inch cube size
2. Marinate chicken with 1 Tbsp of soy sauce, 1 tsp of salt, 1 tsp of white pepper powder, 2 Tbsp of cornstarch and 1 Tbsp of oil for few hours
3. Medium heat cooking pan with an inch of oil. Deep fry the chicken dice until golden brown. (Normally between 5-8 minutes)
4. Make sure remove excessive oil from the chicken
5. Low heat cooking pan with 1 Tbsp of oil
6. Add 1 Tbsp of minced garlic, 1 Tbsp of minced garlic, 1 Tbsp of peppercorns and 3 Tbsp of cut dry red chili pepper
7. Cook for a minute until all favors come out
8. Turn to high heat, add chicken with 1 tsp of salt
9. Stir-fry chicken for a minute, ready to serve.
