INGREDIENTI


- 300 g di farina
- 130 g di burro morbido
- 1 uovo intero e 1 tuorlo
- 70 g di zucchero
- scorza di limone ( già grattugiata)
- 1 pizzico di sale
- mezzo cucchiaino di lievito vanigliato ( facoltativo)

PREPARAZIONE

Inserire tutti gli ingredienti nel boccale e impastare per 20 sec a vel 4- 5 .

Avvolgere l'impasto in un canovaccio e lasciarlo in frigorifero per 15 minuti, prima di utilizzarlo.

È un'ottima base per crostate.
