INGREDIENTI


- 250 g di farina
- 100 g di burro morbido
- 60 g di acqua fredda
- sale q.b.

PREPARAZIONE

Inserire nel boccale prima la farina poi gli altri ingredienti e impastare: 15 sec a vel 6 .

Avvolgere l' impasto in un canovaccio e lasciarlo in frigorifero per 15 minuti prima di utilizzarlo.

È un' ottima base per torte salate.
