Beef and Noodles
1. Cut 6 oz of beef into slices (prefer Sirloin)
2. Marinate with 1 Tbsp of soy sauce, 1 tsp of white pepper powder, 1 Tbsp of cornstarch and 1 Tbsp of oil for few hours
3. Medium heat cooking pan with 1 Tbsp of oil, add noodles stir-fry for few minutes
4. Add 2 Tbsp of soy sauce, 1 tsp of white pepper powder. Take it out set on serving bowl
5. Use the same cooking pan add 1 Tbsp of oil with 1 Tbsp of minced garlic
6. Once the garlic turn golden brown, add beef cook to well done. Put the beef on top of the noodle
7. Use the same cooking pan add 1 cup of chicken broth, 1 cup of hot water, 1 Tbsp of soy sauce, 1 Tbsp of oyster sauce and 1 tsp of sugar.
8. Once the broth is hot, add cornstarch mixed with water to thicken the sauce
9. Add 1 scrambled egg on the sauce with 1 tsp of sesame oil
10. Pour sauce on top of the beef and noodles. Ready to serve
