Chicken and Shrimp Stir-Fry 雞片炒蝦球
1. Cut one chicken breast into slices
2. Marinate chicken with 1 tsp of salt, 1 tsp of white pepper powder, 1 Tbsp of cornstarch, 1 Tbsp of water and 1 Tbsp of oil for few hours
3. Peeled and devein shrimp (8 pieces). Seasoned with salt and pepper and olive oil
4. Cut 2 sticks of celery, 2 carrots and half yellow onion into small pieces, set aside
5. Medium heat cooking pan with 1 Tbsp of oil and 1 Tbsp of minced garlic, add chicken cook for few minutes.
6. Add Shrimp to the chicken continue cook for a minute, then add 1 Tbsp of cooking wine. Take it out set aside
7. Add 1 Tbsp of oil to the same cooking pan. Add cut celery, carrots and yellow onion stir-fry for few minutes
8. Add chicken and shrimp, half cup of mushroom (your choice of fresh mushroom, shiitake mushroom or straw mushroom) stir fry another minute
9. Add 1 tsp of salt, half tsp of chicken bouillon (optional), 1 tsp of sesame oil. Ready to serve.
