Grilled Pork Chop with Lime Chili Sauce
1. Tenderize 4 pieces of bone-in pork chops by using meat tenderizer mallet
2. Marinate pork chop with 2 Tbsp of soy sauce, 1 Tbsp of white pepper powder, 1 tsp of salt, 1 Tbsp of cooking wine, 2 Tbsp of cornstarch and 2 Tbsp of oil for few hours.
3. Place pork chops on low heat fire grill about 4-5 minutes on each side.
4. Lime chili sauce: Mixed 1.5 fresh lime juice, 3 Tbsp of sugar, 1 Tbsp of fish sauce, 1 Tbsp of minced garlic, 3 Tbsp of water, 1 Tbsp red chili pepper and 1 Tbsp of chopped cilantro.
