Homemade Soy Milk
Homemade Soy Milk
1. Soak ~6 cups of soy beans overnight
2. Rinse the soy beans several times with water, remove the soy beans skin
3. Blend 3 cups of soy beans with 5 cups of water ratio to smooth
4. Strain the mixture by either cheesecloth or fine strainer (repeat this step if you like the soy milk more silky)
5. Boil the soy milk in medium heat for 15 minutes, keep stirring to avoid burn.
6. Optional: add 1-2 Tbsp equivalent rock sugar for sweetness
7. Ready to serve in hot
8. Cool off the soy milk and put in refrigerator for cold serving
