Steam Atlantic Cod Fillets with Ginger and Scallions
1. Clean the fish fillets with salt and water
2. Shredded ginger and scallion as thin as possible. Set aside
3. Place 2 scallions on bottom of a plate and put the fish fillets on the top
4. Sprinkle 1 tsp of salt, then put 2 slices of ginger on top of the fish fillets
5. Medium heat steam the fish fillets for 10-12 minutes, then turn off heat and let it sit for 2 minutes
6. Remove the scallions and ginger, place the fish on a serving plate
7. Place the shredded ginger and scallions on top of the fish
8. Heat up 3 Tbsp of hot oil and pour it on top of the ginger and scallions
9. Add 2 Tbsp of soy sauce. Ready to serve.
