Japanese Dynamite Mussels
- Clean 6 pieces of green mussels (frozen package) with cold water
- Mix 3 Tbsp of mayonnaise, 1 Tbsp of Parmesan cheese, half tsp of fresh lemon juice, half tsp of sriracha sauce
- Spread the sauce on top of the mussels
- Put mussels in air-fryer 350˚F for 7 minutes, then 400˚F for 2 minutes
- Sprinkle sesame seeds and cut scallions on top of mussels. Ready to serve.
