Clams with Black Bean Sauce 豉椒炒蜆
1. Rinse 2 pounds of fresh clams in water with salt
2. Cut half green bell pepper, half red bell pepper and half yellow onion in small cube pieces
3. Low heat cooking pan with 1 Tbsp of oil, 1 Tbsp of minced garlic and 1 Tbsp of black bean sauce
4. Add clams, turn high heat stir fry for a minute
5. Add 1 Tbsp of soy sauce, 1 Tbsp of sugar, 1 Tbsp of cooking wine, then 1 cup of water
6. Cover the cooking pan cook until the clams open up
7. Add cut bell peppers and onions
8. Add cornstarch mixed with water to thicken the sauce
9. Add 1 tsp of sesame oil, ready to serve
