Roasted Leg of Lamb 燒羊腿
1. Dry a 3-4 pounds of bone-in leg of lamb with paper towels
2. Mixed 1.5 Tbsp of salt, 1.5 Tbsp of black pepper powder, 1 Tbsp of oregano, 3 Tbsp of minced garlic in a bowl. Set aside
3. Put lamb leg in a roast pan with the fat side on the top
4. Spread 3 Tbsp of oil all over, then spread the minced garlic mix with spices (top and bottom). Season for few hours
5. Preheat oven at 450˚F, put lamb in without cover for 30 minutes
6. Take the lamb out and use aluminum foil to cover the pan. Put the lamb back in the oven set temperature at 175˚F for 8 hours.
