Sweet and Sour Baby Back Ribs 糖醋排骨
1. Place 2 pounds of baby back ribs in cold water pot, add 3 slices of ginger, 2 scallions and 2 Tbsp of cooking wine
2. Turn high heat until water boil cook for 5 minutes, get rid of the floating brown stuffs. Take the ribs out and rinse with cold water
3. Mixed 2 Tbsp of sugar, 3 Tbsp of rice vinegar, 2 Tbsp of soy sauce, 2 Tbsp of oyster sauce, 1 tsp of dark soy sauce and 1 tsp of salt.
4. Medium heat cooking pan with 1 Tbsp of oil, add ribs stir-fry for few minutes
5. Add the pre-made sauce from step 3 with 1 cup of chicken broth and 1 cup of hot water
6. Turn to medium low heat and cover the lid cook for 40 minutes
7. Turn to high heat to thicken the sauce, then add 1 tsp of sesame oil. Ready to serve
