Steamed Chicken with Shiitake
Mushrooms and Chinese Sausage 東菇臘腸蒸雞
1. Marinate 6 oz of chicken breast with 1 tsp of salt, 1 tsp of white pepper powder, 1 Tbsp of cornstarch and 1 Tbsp of oil
2. Soak 6 pieces of shiitake mushroom until soft, cut in small slices. Set aside
3. Cut 4 Chinese sausage into slices. Set aside
4. Mix chicken breast, shiitake mushrooms, Chinese sausage, 1 Tbsp of shredded ginger and 1 tsp of sesame oil
5. Steam chicken for 18 minutes
6. Sprinkle some chopped green onion. Ready to serve.
