Fish Fillets in Orange Sauce
1. Cut fish fillets into thin slices
2. Season with 1 tsp of salt and 1 tsp of white pepper powder
3. Bread the fish with a layer of eggs and then a layer of cornstarch
4. Set air-fryer 380˚F for 15 minutes, then 400˚F for 4 minutes. Set aside
5. If you don't use air-fryer, deep-fry the fish fillets to golden brown in medium heat (4~5 minutes)
6. Medium heat cooking pan with 1 cup of orange juice, half cup of sugar, 2 Tbsp of rice vinegar, 1.5 Tbsp of soy sauce, half Tbsp of chopped ginger and half Tbsp of minced garlic
7. Add cornstarch mixed with water to thicken the orange sauce.
8. Pour orange sauce on top of cooked fish fillet. Ready to serve
