Fresh Lime Chicken 鮮檸雞
1. Marinate 2 chicken breast with 1 fresh squeeze lime juice, 1 Tbsp of salt, half Tbsp of white pepper powder, 2 Tbsp of cornstarch and 2 Tbsp of oil
2. Set air-fryer to 375˚F for 18-20 minutes (flip over half way)
3. Medium heat cooking pan with 1.5 fresh lime juice, 1 cup of water, half cup of sugar
4. Add cornstarch mixed with water to thicken the lime sauce
5. Cut cooked chicken into pieces and pour fresh lime sauce. Ready to serve.
