Kung Pao Chicken 宮保雞丁
1. Cut 2 chicken breast into small pieces
2. Marinate chicken with 1 Tbsp of say sauce, 1 tsp of white pepper powder, 1 Tbsp of cornstarch mixed with 1 Tbsp of water and 1 Tbsp of oil for few hours
3. Cut 1 stick of celery and half green bell pepper into small pieces. Set aside
4. Low heat cooking pan with 2 Tbsp of oil and 2 Tbsp of peppercorns. Cook the peppercorns for few minutes and remove them from the oil
5. Add handful of dry red chili pepper, 1 Tbsp of minced garlic and 1 Tbsp of minced ginger into the hot oil cook for a minute
6. Add chicken, turn high heat stir-fry until golden brown
7. Add 1 Tbsp of soy sauce, 1 Tbsp of ketchup, 1 Tbsp of sugar and 1 Tbsp of chili oil (for extra spicy)
8. Add cut celery, bell pepper and handful of peanuts stir-fry until chicken well-cook.
9. Add 1 tsp of sesame oil. Ready to serve.
