Sautéed Pork with Cauliflower 椰菜花炒肉片
1. Cut 8 oz of pork tenderloin into slices
2. Marinate pork with 1 Tbsp of soy sauce, 1 tsp of white pepper powder, 1 Tbsp of cooking wine, 2 Tbsp of cornstarch and 1 Tbsp of oil for few hours
3. Cut cauliflower in small pieces. Set aside
4. Medium heat cooking pan with 1 Tbsp of oil and 1 Tbsp of minced garlic
5. Add pork stir-fry for few minutes, then add cauliflower
6. Add 1 Tbsp of soy sauce and 1 Tbsp of oyster sauce, 1 cup of chicken broth
7. Close the lid and cook for 6-8 minutes
8. Add cornstarch mixed with water to thicken the sauce
9. Add cut scallions and 1 tsp of sesame oil. Ready to serve
