Singapore-Style Noodles 星洲炒米
1. Soak rice noodles in hot water for 5-10 minutes, rinse it in cold water and set dry
2. Peeled and devein shrimp. Seasoned with 1 tsp of salt, half tsp of white pepper powder, 1 Tbsp of cornstarch and 1 Tbsp of oil
3. Cut half green bell pepper, half red bell pepper and 1 yellow onion in strips, set aside
4. Scramble 2 eggs, set aside
5. Medium heat cooking pan with 1 Tbsp of oil, add shrimp cook both side to golden brown, take the shrimp out
6. Add cut red & green bell pepper and onion stir fry for few minutes, take the pepper & onion out
7. Add 1 Tbsp of oil, then add rice noodles
8. Stir fry the rice noodles for few minutes, then add 1 Tbsp of soy sauce, 1 tsp of salt, 1 tsp of Turmeric powder and 1 tsp of curry powder
9. Add shrimp, scramble eggs and cut vegetables continue stir fry for another minutes
10. Add 1 tsp of sesame oil, ready to serve.
