Pandoro easy recipe
- 500 gr of half 0 and half Manitoba flour (I use the one I find at home)
- 3 yolks
- 2 whole eggs
- 150 ml of milk at room temperature
- 170 grams of sugar
- 150 gr of soft butter in pieces
- 200 gr of sourdough (or licoli) are both good
- 5 gr of fine salt
- Pandoro aroma (available on the market)
I put everything in the planetary mixer and start kneading only the butter one piece at a time, I let the mixer go for 10 minutes.
I butter the mold
I arrange the dough
I let it rise all night
In the morning I heat the oven to 180 °C
Bake for 30 minutes
Wait for it to cool down
Ready to serve with a sprinkling of white sugar
