  • 500 gr of half 0 and half Manitoba flour (I use the one I find at home)
  • 3 yolks
  • 2 whole eggs
  • 150 ml of milk at room temperature
  • 170 grams of sugar
  • 150 gr of soft butter in pieces
  • 200 gr of sourdough (or licoli) are both good
  • 5 gr of fine salt
  • Pandoro aroma (available on the market)

I put everything in the planetary mixer and start kneading only the butter one piece at a time, I let the mixer go for 10 minutes.
I butter the mold
I arrange the dough
I let it rise all night
In the morning I heat the oven to 180 °C
Bake for 30 minutes

Wait for it to cool down

Ready to serve with a sprinkling of white sugar
