Staccate i chicchi dal grappolo, lasciandovi però attaccato un pezzetto di gambo, metteteli all'aria per un giorno, stesi.
Poi disponeteli nei vasi aggiungendovi qualche chiodo di garofano, cannella e 1 etto e mezzo di zucchero per ogni litro di alcool.
Coprite tutto di alcool buono e chiudete i vasi.
