Per un kg di more occorre un kg di zucchero pestato.
Si mettono assieme in una casseruola che si pone sul fuoco e si lascia cuocere per un quarto d'ora senza mescolare e senza schiumare, soltanto muovendo la casseruola.
Quindi si pone in vasi di vetro.
