SALSA DI MELE E PERE

Metà mele fresche e metà pere si lavano in acqua fresca, poi si tagliano senza sbucciarle e con pochissima acqua, senza zucchero, si fanno cuocere.
Da questa polpa si toglie il succo spremendo in una tela e lo si fa cuocere concentrandolo per breve tempo, quindi si passa in vasi di vetro e si chiude ermeticamente.
