Scegliere fichi sani, liberarli dal gambo e pesare metà del loro peso di zucchero.
Mettere lo zucchero al fuoco con pochissima acqua.
Quando immergendo il pollice e l'indice in questo sciroppo e togliendoli dal liquido si formerà un filo di 1 cm, versarvi i fichi divisi a metà.
Grattugiare la buccia di un limone e lasciare bollire per mezz'ora ,quindi, metterli nei vasetti.
