CILIEGIE AL NATURALE CONSERVATE NELLO ZUCCHERO (1° METODO)

Si scelgono delle ciliegie grosse, si liberano dal peduncolo e si stratificano dentro vasi di vetro con zucchero pestato ( 300 g di zucchero ogni chilo di ciliegie).
Si chiudono i vasi e si lasciano per tre settimane al sole.
Durante la prima settimana bisogna giornalmente scuotere un po' i vasetti.
Al termine delle tre settimane si passano in conservazione in luogo fresco.
