Great idea for a keto lunch to be ready quickly in the morning!
Chicken meat fridge temperature Mixed with olive oil, salt and cayenne
Selection: air fryer Time: 7 minutesTemperature: 170 degrees
Frozen red and yellow peppers with some little frozen zucchini slices
Mixed with olive oil, salt and oregan
Selection: air fryer
Time: 18 minutes
Temperature: 200 degree
Tossed: only once at 10 minuteish
Result acceptable even if the top is burnt.
Next time toss them another time, so twice, because in inner pieces where still slightly full of water while the top is burnt
The food is ready to be cooked in 5 minutes time!
So fast and easy.
I needed to clean only the bowl used for mixing
I put is as a synch method and as you can see, chicken is in hold on, waiting for vegetables
When the vegetable where supposed to be ready in 7 minutes, chicken started as well and the timing was so precised
