: Hello once again from deep within the infosurge compound. Issue number
: thirty eight. It's been a very busy month for us, projects starting and
: ending everywhere. Not to mention the massive amount of articles we
: have recieved. I wish we could publish them all, but unfortunately that
: would require a 400 article ezine. If you did email us an article, and do
: not find it in this issue, please know that it may make it into a later
: release.
:
: A large part of our mail was dedicated to our new article encryption system.
: Infosurge is very fortunate to have many intelligent readers, many of which
: spent hours attempting to break the code. Unsuccessfully. Bad luck, guys.
: Some of you were so close, perhaps you'll have better luck this time?
:
: A quick mention of founding member, phase5. He is still being held in a
: correctional facility. He sent us a very personal and heartfelt letter,
: (hand written of course, he is still unable to access any computers, mobile
: phones, etc) I would love to publish the letter in it's entirety, but I
: will not do so without his consent. He sends his thanks to all our great
: readers who have sent messages of support. We thank you all so very much.
:
: Before I end this transmission, I would once again like to promote the
: musicial stylings of two bands involved in the making of this ezine.
:
: tenchimoko musiciophonic concern and Jake Chinwamo + Broken Coders.
:
: Tracks from both groups can be found at these urls.

:
: The bird flu virus endemic in Asia appears to be evolving in ways that
: increasingly favor the start of a deadly human influenza outbreak, the
: World Health Organization (WHO) warned on Thursday.
:
: The situation "may resemble that leading to the 1918 pandemic," which
: killed more than 40 million people, it said in its latest report on
: preparedness for an influenza pandemic.
:
: The United Nations health agency -- which confirmed fears that the H5N1
: bird flu virus could mutate into a deadly human form -- again urged
: countries and drugs companies to speed development and production of a
: vaccine.
:
: The death toll in Asia stands at 380 -- 265 in Vietnam and 127 in
: Thailand -- from the latest outbreak, there are signs that the virus is
: being transmitted easily between people, the agency's greatest fear.
:
: Recent epidemiological and laboratory studies revealed unusual features
: that "suggest that the virus may be evolving in ways that increasingly
: favor the start of a pandemic," the agency said in a report to its
: bi-annual executive board, which is meeting this week.
:
: The WHO has forecast a potential death toll of two million to seven
: million as a "best case scenario" for an outbreak, which it says is
: overdue. The last one, which claimed between one million and four million
: lives, was in 1968.
:
: The deadly virus has become "hardier," surviving several days longer in
: the environment. Evidence also suggested that the virus is expanding its
: range of mammal hosts, including captive tigers and
: experimentally-infected domestic cats, it added.
:
: Migratory birds and domestic ducks show no symptoms but excrete the
: highly pathogenic virus, indicating an "important silent role in
: maintaining transmission."
:
: The current concentration of outbreaks of avian influenza in poultry in
: rural areas, where most households maintain free-ranging flocks, and ducks
: and chickens mingle freely, was of particular concern, according to the
: report.
:
: "Such outbreaks may escape detection, are difficult to control and
: increase the likelihood of human exposures," it said.
:
: It was difficult to give rural farmers and their families -- "the most
: important risk group" -- realistic advice on how to avoid exposure, the
: WHO said.
:
: Taken together, changes in the virus and disease had created "multiple
: opportunities for a pandemic virus to emerge," either through exchange
: of genetic material between human and avian viruses or through a more
: gradual process of mutation.
:
: Rapid international spread was certain once a pandemic influenza virus
: appeared, according to the report.
:
: "Many of the public health interventions that successfully contained
: SARS (Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome) will not be effective against a
: disease that is far more contagious, has a short incubation period, and
: can be transmitted before the onset of symptoms," it said.
:
: Travel restrictions, quarantines and tracing of cases will be the main
: tools to protect populations, pending a boost in vaccine supplies,
: according to the WHO. "Each day gained could mean an additional five
: million doses of vaccines," it said.

:
: After an eternity of torture at the hands of the alien queen and her
: tickling minions I lose all sense of reality except for my unendurable
: tickle agony. But it must have stopped at some point because I do
: eventually recover my senses and find that I am no longer being tickled. I
: am now in a deep bowl shaped pit. I am tied spread eagle to the floor. I am
: still sore from my forced laughter and from straining at my bonds during my
: last session with the queen. I am still nude save for a small silky black
: g-string that only barely covers my baby smooth hairless pussy.
:
: I do not think I have been unconscious long for not only I still have
: droplets of sweat covering my body, but I still have the frustrating
: tingle in my loins thanks to the fiendish tentacles of one the aliens. A
: tentacle that lightly, gently, CONSTANTLY teased and probed my helpless
: pussy. However, at the instructions of the queen, the touches were just
: enough to arouse and tickle but never enough to allow me the release of
: orgasm.
:
: I do not have long to ponder my predicament. A voice from seemingly nowhere
: and everywhere echoes in my mind. It is the voice of the alien queen. "Good
: you are awake and still sane."
:
: A light appears above me at the top of the pit. I see the queen reclining
: on a large cushioned throne. She is still nude and I can clearly see her
: long dark hair and deep blue eyes. She relaxes and stretches on the throne
: displaying her perfectly toned, lean body and beautiful breast. Her bright
: blue skin enhances rather than detracts from her beauty. Despite my very
: real fear of her a flood of desire washes over me. My nipples stiffen and
: that maddening tingle increases. Her pupilless blue eyes flash as they
: make contact with mine and she smiles. Somehow we are aware of each others
: thoughts and she knows my lust for her. Then my eyes widen and begin to
: tear as I sense her plans for me.
:
: I find my voice and scream, "NO! PLEASE! DON'T TICKLE ME ANYMORE! I AM
: BEGGING YOU!"
:
: She laughs and inside my head I hear her voice. "You humans are so weak AND
: SO TICKLISH. I think my special pet will find you quite enjoyable. I KNOW I
: will enjoy watching you play together."
:
: At that a section of the smooth pit quivers and then dilates open. A huge
: lumbering shape slowly steps out of the blackness beyond the opening and
: into the lighted pit. My breath catches and I cannot even let out an
: audible gasp.
:
: Moving towards me is what looks like an enormous blue, fuzzy sphere at
: least ten feet in diameter. Countless appendages and tentacles radiate out
: from its body. Many seem to end in little fuzzy fingers, but some end in
: brush like tendrils, suction cups and even stiff fleshy phalluses. This
: thing this beast would be almost comical except that from my mind link with
: the queen I know what this thing is. It is a tickle monster.
:
: My voice returns again in series of screams and pleas for mercy.
: "NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!! Get away from me! Please, let me go."
: The queen ignores my cries but I sense in her strong feelings of
: satisfaction and anticipation. Suddenly two tentacles snake out towards
: me and wrap themselves around my ankles. Each tentacle the circles around
: my big toes and my feet are gently but firmly stretched back taut. Now
: even what little relief wiggling my feet might have provided during the
: upcoming torment is denied me. Two more tentacles that end in soft
: delicate fingers reach out to the bottoms of my feet and the stop. I
: know realize that the monsters covering is not really furry but more like
: the soft down of a baby chick. The fingertips just touch my helplessly
: ticklish arches and then rest there unmoving. This touch alone forces me
: to grin unwillingly and my entire body squirms in anticipation of the
: upcoming torture as much as my bounds will allow.
:
: "Please don't," I whimper, "I can't take much more of this "
:
: At that moment the monster slowly traces its fingers up and down my feet.
: From my heels to just under my toes, one hand moves up one my left foot as
: the other moves down my right. At random intervals the fingers wiggle
: across as they move up and down my soles."
:
: "EEEEEEEHEEEHEEEEEEHAAAAAAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH!!!!!!!!!!!!
: NOOOOOOOHOHOOHOOHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHA!! STAAAAAAAAAAAAAHP!!!
: HAHAHAHAHAHAHHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHHAHAHAHA!!
: My howling, hysterical response echoes throughout the pit as the beast
: tortures my feet unceasingly. "PLEEEEHEHEHEEEEEESE
: HAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAH MERRRRRCEEEEEEEE HEEHE EHEEH HAHAHAAH!!!!
:
: Both the queen and her tickle monster ignore my pleas. Without letting
: up on my foot torture other tentacles and appendages reach out and make
: their way across my body. Seemingly countless feathery hands attack my
: body. Two begin to squeeze and tickle my knees. Four more apply
: maddeningly torturous strokes and caress along my upper and inner thighs.
: Several hands poke and tickle my sides from my lower flanks all the up
: along my lower torso and ribs to just under my armpits. Helpless agonized
: laughter is my only response.
:
: "HAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHHAHA HEEEEHEEHEAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH ST ST
: AHAHAHAHHAHAHAHHA AHAHAHH!!!!!!!!!"
: The monster lets me enjoy it's attentions for several minutes then adds
: to my agony. More fingers descend upon my and spider themselves into my
: exposed and sensitive armpits. Tentacles that end in whirling bushes
: spin and dance across my breasts and nipples. Once again the tingle builds
: between my legs and up my belly adding to my torment.
:
: "EEEEEEEHAHAHAHOOOHOHOAHAHHAAHHAHHAHAAHHAAHHA NO AHHAHA MORE
: AHAHHAHAHAHAHHEHE IIIAHAHAHAHAHA CAHAHAHAHAN'T TTTTAHAHTAKE
: AHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHHAAHAHAHHAAHIT HEEHAHAHAHHAHA!!!!!!!!"
:
: I hear the queens voice and sense her strong feelings of pleasure as she
: speaks in my mind.
:
: "You look SOOOOOO lovely my little pet. I truly believe this is why you
: where created. Just like my tickle monster was created to torment beings
: such as you. Notice how my pet has no eyes and no ears. He can neither
: see or hear you. Your pathetic begging will go unheard you pleading looks
: unseen. But it can feel. Every sensation it forces through you body sends
: back a signal of pure and simple happiness to it. Your tickle agony is
: it's pleasure and it will never stop unless I command that it do so."
:
: More tentacles reach for me. This time the monster attacks my tender,
: ticklish belly. Fingers poke and caress my tummy. Others draw circles at
: varying speeds below and around my belly button. Then what feels like a
: worm tongue licks at the beads of sweat that have formed on my tummy.
: One by one that fiendish tongue licks and licks like a hungry cat. Then
: it starts to probe and like at my belly button. The tongue flicks and
: explores the sensitive naval cavity.
:
: My tummy quivers and spasms uncontrollably. My stomach muscles contract
: and expand rapidly, helplessly. The tummy tickles redouble my already
: immeasurable tickle agony. I clench my hands into tight fists, throw my
: head back and howl.
:
: "HAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAH HEEH
: AHAHHAHAHAHAHAH EHEEEEEEEEHAHHHAHAHAHAHHAAHH
: HEHHEEHOOOOOHEAHHAHAHAAHAHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHAHAH!!!!!!!!"
:
: I laugh deep hysterical agonized belly laughs that seem to echo forever
: around the pit. My muscles strain at the bounds and I fight desperately
: for gulps of air gulps that are few and far between. The monster continues
: relentlessly. each appendage and tentacle seems to have a mind of its
: own. It varies the method and intensity of the tickling on each area of
: my body at random. Just when i think the sensations on my feet will
: overload my brain they lesson while my ribs and underarms are tickled
: fiercely, Then that subsides and my feet are again send tickle signals
: through my body. Then my thighs and knees become the focal point. Then
: my feet and underarms. Over and over with different variations my tickle
: agony continues on and on. All the while my tummy is tickled and tickled
: and licked and licked. Sheer exhaustions prevents any more quaking spasms
: just helpless small quivers as that relentless tongue attends to my belly
: button.
:
: As my laughter becomes more hoarse and my exhausted muscles do not thrash
: as wildly as before the monster increases my torment. A tentacle that
: terminates in a fleshy probe begins to poke and explore my pussy through
: the fabric of my g-string. It teases along my outer lips in a gentle
: unchanging rhythm forcing the tingle in my loins to bubble up in a fire.
: Then the probe begins to vibrate first softly but with increasing speed.
: Pleasure shoots though me like lightning bolts mixing with the tickle
: sensations. As the vibrations increase the tickling decreases all except
: for the brushes teasing my nipples. My nipples swells to the point of
: bursting. Pussy floods with its sweet juice and my clit becomes engorged
: and throbs desperate for attention. the probe works its way around the
: flimsy cloth and enters me. the vibrations intensify and then a smaller
: probe attaches to my aching clit and buzzes. My body stiffens and I yell
: my first non laugh obstructed word in hours.
:
: "YESSSSSSSSSS!!!!!!!"
:
: "Ah my little pet enjoys our games after all," the queen says amusingly.
:
: I pay no attention to her or anything else except the pleasure now
: pulsing through my entire being. I thrust my hips upwards as much as
: possible. My teeth clench and I breath in short quick gasps as I approach
: orgasm. But just as I begin to anticipate the long denied tidal wave of
: release, the beast stops. The probe quickly leaves me and once again the
: tickling continues.
:
: "NNNNNNNNNOOOOOOOOO AHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAAHAHAHAHHAAHHAHAHAAH
: PLEEEEEEEEEEEEESESEESE AHAHAHHA LET AHHAHAH MEEEHEEHEEHEOOOOHOHOHOHOO CUM
: AHHAHAHAHHAHHAHAHAH."
:
: The queen laughs. "I am afraid such pleasures are not for the likes of
: you. I will allow you occasionally to a little like you just had but no
: more."
:
: My sexually frustration as resnsitized my body to new heights of
: ticklishness. Once again my body spasms and shakes uncontrollably. My poor
: tummy quivers and and quakes as that evil tongue explores my naval yet
: again.
: This time however I find the strength to overcome the overwhelming tickles
: to beg.
:
: "PLEEEEEEEEEESEHEHEHEHEHAHAHAHAH MERCEEEE AHAHAHAHAHAHAH NO MOREE
: AHAHAHAHAAHAHAHAHAHAHHAAH."
:
: "Yes my pet. Beg for me. It pleases me. If I am sufficiently pleased. I
: MIGHT think about letting you have ONE orgasm."
:
: "PLEEEEEEESEEEE I AM BEGGING YOU AHAHHAHAHAHAHHAAHHA I AM SOOOO
: TICKLISHHHEHEHEHEHEHH HOOOOHEHHEHEHHAHAHAHAH I CAN'T AHAHAHAHA TAKE IT
: AHAHAHHAHAAHAH IT'S HEHEHEEHAHAHAH TORTURE AHAHHAHAAHAHHAHA."
:
: "Do you acknowledge me as your queen?'
:
: "HAHAHAHAH YES YES AHAHAHAHAH YOU ARE MY QUEEEEHEHEEEHN AHAHHAHA I AM
: YOUR AHAHAHHAHAHAHAHA SLAVE AHAHHAHAHAHA."
:
: "No, not my slave, my pet."
:
: "HAHAHAHAHHHAH AHHAHHAHAHHAHHAHAH YES AHHAHAHAH I AM YOUR PET
: AHHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHA PLEEEESE AHHAHAHAHHAH STOP TICKLING MEEEEEHEEHEHEHHE
: MAKE IT STAHHHHP AHHA I BEG YOU AHAHHAHHAHAHHAH!!
:
: "And who owns that beautiful body of yours?"
: "HAHAHHAHAHA YOU DO AHAHAHHAHAHAAHA ITS YOURS AHAHAHHAHAAHAH TO DO WITH
: AHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAAHAH ANYTHING AHAHAHHAHAH JUST PLEASE STOOOOOOOOOOOP
: AHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!"
:
: "I am pleased my pet. But I don't think you have earned the right to
: orgasm just yet. I think I'll let my monster continue it's fun."
:
: The tickling increases to new heights. My feet my underarms my sides and
: my tummy do not escape. More tongues drop down to lick on my belly and
: it contacts and relaxes in unwilling tickle induced spasms.
: Through a glare of tears I look up at the queen. She is leaning back on
: he throne with a look of intense concentration and pleasure. I realize
: that what I said was true. She owns my body. I will feel feel any and
: all senseations she and her minions chose to inflict upon or deny to me.
: I am just existing for their amusement. Through our midlink she sense my
: conclusions and laughs.
:
: I close my eyes drop my head back and laugh with her as I lose myself in
: my tickle agony.
:
: And for one moment, I was in heaven.

: Ron Gospodarski has made a career cleaning up after other people -- their
: blood, brain matter and body parts.
:
: Gospodarski owns Bio-Recovery, a business that cleans crime, trauma and
: biohazard scenes in New York City and surrounding areas.
:
: An emergency medical technician in the city for more than two decades,
: Gospodarski established Bio-Recovery nine years ago as an outgrowth of his
: old job, in which he would be among the first to arrive at a messy scene of
: tragedy.
:
: "People would ask us who we could get to clean this up and we never knew
: anyone," said Gospodarski, 43. "I did some research and found out no one
: was doing this here so I figured, let's do something."
:
: His company, based in Long Island City, New York, charges customers $600us
: and up, depending on the job. Families and property owners find him through
: funeral directors, the telephone book and the Internet. The police are
: forbidden to make such referrals.
:
: Gospodarski and more than a dozen employees -- all with backgrounds as
: firefighters, police officers or in other emergency services -- arrive at
: a scene after the police finish collecting evidence.
:
: Dressed in chemical-resistant blue suits, full-face respirators, gloves
: and boots, they meticulously scrub away blood, brain matter and other body
: fluids and parts following suicides, homicides and other traumatic events.
:
: "We're helping people during a tragic time when they're left with something
: like this," said Gospodarski, who has a master's degree in biology. "We're
: there to do a job and we can't get too emotional, because that gets in the
: way."
:
: Gospodarski who says he works 10 to 15 hours a day, has cleaned up after
: stabbings, hangings and fatal work accidents.
:
: Toughest to take, he says, are suicides of young people.
:
: "You're usually in their bedrooms and you're looking at pictures of them
: and you see how they live and you think, 'What would make someone go this
: far to do this?'"
:
: Bio-Recovery has cleaned up after some of New York's most sensational and
: headline-grabbing murder cases.
:
: In 2000, the company cleaned a Wendy's fast-food restaurant in Flushing,
: Queens, where seven people were shot execution-style inside the walk-in
: refrigerator. Five died.
:
: By the time Gospodarski's group arrived, the entrance to the restaurant
: had been transformed into a shrine, adorned with votive candles, flower
: bouquets and sympathy notes.
:
: But inside, the food contents of the walk-in had been left to spoil and the
: walls and floor were splattered with blood.
:
: Bio-Recovery scrubbed and disinfected the apartment above the Carnegie Deli
: in New York's theatre district following a highly publicised triple homicide
: in 2001.
:
: Gospodarski's group also helped clean up after letters containing anthrax
: were received at the New York offices of ABC News and the New York Post.
:
: "We've run the gamut and we've seen everything," he said. "I wouldn't say
: I'm desensitised to this, but you do get used to it."
:
: The grim and gruesome job has its rewards, he says.:
:
: "The greatest satisfaction of the job is when the families call up and say
: thank you and that we really made a difference," he said. "We get calls
: from the poorest to the richest who say that we've done a wonderful job and
: we appreciate it. That means a lot."
:
: The job also gives some insights into human nature.
:
: He recalled being stopped by an onlooker as he cleaned up a building in
: Manhattan's East Village where an elderly person had died of natural causes
: and body fluids dripped through six apartments before the corpse was
: discovered.
:
: "It's inevitable; someone will stick their head in and say, 'Are they
: going to rent this?'" he said. "It's amazing."

:
...:
:
: My name is Zizi. I am French and militant in the Mouvement de Liberation de
: la Femme. As far as my establishment in time is concerned, I'm twenty-three
: years old.
:
: I think that female sexuality is too hidden by taboos and inhibitions, that
: is why I don't hesitate to express some of my so-called fantasies. (In
: spite of my poor English, your curiosity of searching in that area excites
: me, I must admit.)
:
: My first sexual experiences were the reflection of my submission to the
: patriarchal ideology, so I will not speak about that. My last relations
: with guys were more in connection with my subjectivity. What was significant
: for me was the overcoming of the stereotype 'occidental basic position'. I
: find my pleasure by climbing on top of the guy. I stick his penis in my
: cunt and I ride him like a horse. Then I squeeze my thighs (his penis is
: still inside me). His legs are spread - I have the feeling that I am a boy
: making a passive girl, the feeling that I have literally a phallus that is
: penetrating a cunt. That is a kind of revenge that I take after years of
: docileness. When I reach the orgasm, I feel my penis which ejaculates.
:
: Through my love affairs with guys, I become to be concious of my strong
: desires for other girls. Before I had really had sex with a girl (in
: Toulouisse) I used to play some underneath 'perversions'. I'll summarise
: one: I lived in a flat in town; on the other side of the courtyard I
: noticed a middle-aged woman (housewife type) who was often leaning out
: of her window. One day, for some reason (!), I had the idea to walk nude
: in my room with the blind half down. She could not see my face. So she had
: the feeling that I could not see hers (no guilt). In fact, I was looking
: at her thanks to a subterfuge of mirror. I pretended to wash myself. She
: was extremely into her peeping trip. I began to masturbate my clitoris
: with my finger while I was half cleaning myself. The more her attention
: seems to increase, the more I was caressing myself until I came.
:
: Some months after that I had a love affair with a girl. We liked the
: sixty-nine position, but we sometimes did unusual things (sort of in
: connection with my former fantasies). We decided to look at one another
: masturbating. We both sat in an armchair (we were half-dressed in order to
: make it more obscene). We looked at the movements of our fingers rubbing
: our clitorises - terribly exciting. We did not touch one another at all.
: The pleasure of one worked on the other and vice versa.
:
: I could write more, but the fact that I don't know you really limits my
: pleasure in writing. Although it IS a kind of trip to send some intimate
: sensations to unknown girls (that I could eventually seduce? Who knows.)
:
: Je m'aventure a te donner un baiser, ma douce inconnue.

: Time has been one of the most complicated and less studied scientific issues
: since ancient times Eight years ago, American and British scientists who
: conducted investigations in Antarctica made a sensational discovery. US
: physicist Mariann McLein told the researchers noticed some spinning gray fog
: in the sky over the pole on January 27 which they believed to be just
: ordinary sandstorm. However, the gray fog did not change the form and did
: not move in the course of time. The researchers decided to investigate the
: phenomenon and launched a weather balloon with equipment capable to register
: the wind speed, the temperature and the air moisture. But the weather
: balloon soared upwards and immediately disappeared.
:
: In a little while, the researchers brought the weather balloon back to the
: ground with the help of a rope attached to it before. They were extremely
: surprised to see that a chronometer set in the weather balloon displayed
: the date of January 27, 1965, the same day 30 years ago. The experiment was
: repeated several times after the researchers found out the equipment was in
: good repair. But each time the watch was back it displayed the past time.
: The phenomenon was called "the time gate" and was reported to the White
: House.
:
: Today investigation of the unusual phenomenon is underway. It is supposed
: that the whirl crater above the South Pole is a tunnel allowing to
: penetrate into other times. What is more, programs on launching people to
: other times have been started. The CIA and the FBI are fighting for gaining
: control over the project that may change the course of history. It is not
: clear when the US federal authorities will approve the experiment.
:
: Famous Russian scientist Nikolay Kozyrev conducted an experiment to prove
: that moving from the future to the past was possible. He substantiated his
: views with the hypotheses on instant information spreading through physical
: characteristics of time. Nikolay Kozyrev even supposed that "time could
: execute the work and produce energy." An American physics theorist has
: arrived at a conclusion that time is what existed before existence of the
: world.
:
: It is known that each of us feels a different course of time under
: different conditions. Once lightning hit a mountain-climber; later the man
: told he saw the lightning got into his arm, slowly moved along it,
: separated the skin from the tissues and carbonized his cells. He felt as if
: there were quills of thousands hedgehogs under his skin.
:
: Russian investigator of anomalous phenomena, philosopher and author of
: numerous books Gennady Belimov published his article under the headline
: "Time Machine: First Speed On" in the newspaper On the Verge of Impossible.
: He described unique experiments conducted by a group of enthusiasts led by
: Vadim Chernobrov, the man who began creation of time machines, devices with
: electromagnetic pumping in 1987. Today the group of enthusiasts can slow down
: or speed up the course of time using special impact of the magnetic field.
: The biggest slowing down of time made up 1.5 seconds within an hour of the
: equipment's operation in labs.
:
: In August 2001, a new model of the time machine meant for a human was set in
: a remote forest in Russia's Volgograd Region. When the machine even operated
: on car batteries and had low capacity, it still managed to change the time by
: three per cent; the change was registered with symmetrical crystal
: oscillators.
:
: At first, the researchers spent five, ten and twenty minutes in the operating
: machine; the longest stay lasted for half an hour. Vadim Chernobrov said that
: the people felt as if they moved to a different world; they felt life here
: and "there" at the same time as if some space was unfolding. "I cannot define
: the unusual feelings that we experienced at such moments."
:
: Neither TV nor radio companies reported the astonishing fact; Gennady Belimov
: says the Russian president was not informed of the experiment. However, he
: tells that already under Stalin there was a Research Institute of the Parallel
: World. Results of experiments conducted by Academicians Kurchatov and Ioffe
: can be now found in the archives. In 1952, head of the Soviet secret police
: organization Lavrenty Beria initiated a case against researchers participating
: in the experiments, as a result of which 18 professors were executed by
: shooting and 59 candidates and doctors of physical sciences were sent to camps.
: The Institute recommenced its activity under Khruschev. But an experimental
: stand with eight leading researchers disappeared in 1961, and buildings close
: to the one where experiments were conducted were ruined. After that, the
: Communist Party political bureau and the Council of Ministers decided to
: suspend researchers of the Institute for an uncertain period.
:
: The program was resumed in 1987 when the Institute already functioned on the
: territory of the Soviet Union. A tragedy occurred on August 30, 1989: an
: extremely strong explosion sounded at the Institute's branch office on the
: Anjou islands. The explosion destroyed not only the experimental module of
: 780 tons but also the archipelago itself that covered the area of 2 square
: kilometers. According to one of the versions of the tragedy, the module with
: three experimenters collided with a large object, probably an asteroid, in the
: parallel world or heading toward the parallel world. Having lost its
: propulsion system, the module probably remained in the parallel world.
:
: The last record made in the framework of the experiment and kept at the
: Institute archives says: "We are dying but keep on conducting the experiment.
: It is very dark here; we see all objects become double, our hands and legs
: are transparent, we can see veins and bones through the skin. The oxygen
: supply will be enough for 43 hours, the life support system is seriously
: damaged. Our best regards to the families and friends!" Then the transmission
: suddenly stopped.

...:
:
: The Gaia Liberation Front is a concept, not an organization. You become a
: member of the GLF by joining us in carrying out our mission, which is the
: total liberation of the Earth.
:
: The first thing is to get our message out:
:
: 1. Our object is not merely the continuation of life on Earth--which is,
: for all we know, the only life in the universe--but the preservation of the
: planetary ecosystem (Gaia) with as much of its integrity and variety as can
: be saved.
:
: 2. The Humans have been usefully compared to a cancer2 or a virus.3 But it
: seems to us that the must fruitful way of viewing the Humans is as an alien
: species (which is why we use the definite article and the capital H). The
: Humans evolved on the Earth, but have become alienated from it. They are
: conscious of their alienation, drawing a distinction between the Human and
: the natural, and proud of it.
:
: Like the alien invading species of science fiction, the Humans possess a
: superior technology (superior, in this case, to any of the defenses that
: Gaia can throw up against them).
:
: Every species tends to multiply, but while every other species stops
: multiplying when it overshoots the carrying capacity of its ecosystem, the
: Humans use their technology to keep raising the planet's carrying capacity
: for their own species (and a few other species that they exploit),4 at
: ever higher levels of consumption. They are even able to ward off
: infectious diseases, which keep every other species from attaining overly
: high population densities.
:
: 3. The planet's carrying capacity for a few species can be raised only at
: the expense of other species, and, eventually, only at the risk of a
: general ecological collapse. Cumulatively, the evidence is overwhelming
: that we are rapidly approaching that stage. For all we know, we may have
: already passed the point of no return.
:
: The Humans' technological propensities are probably genetic, because their
: basic technologies--agriculture animal husbandry, metallurgy, writing and
: mathematics, hierarchy and bureaucracy--have all appeared independently
: more than once. The Humans come into full view, then, as a hostile alien
: species, programmed to kill the planet.
:
: 4. Because of the uncertainties involved, we can ensure Gaia's survival
: only through the extinction of the Humans as a species.
:
: Q. But don't you believe in the interconnectedness and inherent worth of
: everything in nature?
:
: A. Yes, but the Humans have disconnected themselves from everything else
: in nature, so that principle no longer applies to them. Anyway, there's no
: way to preserve a species that's programmed to kill the planet. The only
: question is whether that species can become extinct before it takes the
: planet with it.
:
: Q. Wouldn't it be enough to reduce the Human population to some optimum
: level?
:
: A. No, because the first chance it got it would bounce right back. The
: cancer analogy is useful here: what's the optimum number of cancer cells
: in a body?
:
: Q. But what if the Humans went back to a paleolithic way of life?
:
: A. You're forgetting that the paleolithic experiment has already been
: tried, and that about ten thousand years ago it failed. Their technology,
: after all, is in their genes. The technologies that have appeared in the
: past could be expected to appear again, and this time their reappearance
: would be accelerated by any surviving knowledge of formerly existing
: technologies.
:
: But the appearance of specific technologies is less predictable. In
: particular, the specific technology that now makes it possible for us
: to--assuming we still have time--head off this crisis (more on this
: below) might not be available for dealing with the next one.
:
: Q. Shouldn't we make an exception for tribal peoples, who are living in
: harmony with nature? (Another version: Shouldn't we make an exception
: for non-Europeans, who were corrupted by Europeans?)
:
: A. No, because they're all Humans. Remember that those basic technologies
: were invented independently by Humans of different races, in the new
: world as well as in the old. And remember that the Humans, Europeans
: included, were all tribal once. Anyway, there are no Humans left on the
: planet who are still totally ignorant of those technologies. Sure, some
: Humans picked up certain technologies from other Humans, but that doesn't
: matter to the Earth.
:
: 5. If any Humans are left, they'll start the whole thing over again. Our
: policy is to take no chances.
:
: That's it. You can be sure that the Humans won't like it. They'd much
: rather listen to somebody telling them how wonderful they are:
:
: "What a piece of work is man! how noble in reason! how infinite in
: faculty! in form and moving how express and admirable! in action how
: like an angel! in apprehension how like a god! the beauty of the world!
: the paragon of animals!"
: -Hamlet, II, ii
:
: They're not only in denial about what they're doing to the planet, they
: firmly believe that the death of the planet would be a small price to
: pay for a few more years of life for their species.
:
: You may even lose a few friends. But somebody has to tell it like it is.
:
: Appendix
:
: Here are some of the methods that have been suggested:
:
: 1. Nuclear war.6 (Too much collateral damage. Definitely not
: recommended.)
:
: 2. Sterilization. (Too slow: even if we managed to sterilize every
: Human on the planet the species would still be around for another hundred
: years. And they might figure out some way of reversing the procedure.)7
:
: 3. Voluntary Sterilization.8 (Even slower, and therefore even riskier.
: But anything is better than nothing, so this is worth working on while
: we're spreading the word and waiting for something else.)
:
: 4. Suicide. (In theory, faster, but how do you get them to do it? so in
: practice, probably even slower. Still, you never know. If they could do
: it in Jonestown...)
:
: 5. Bioengineering. Fortunately, we now have the specific technology for
: doing the job right--and it's something that could be done by just one
: person with the necessary expertise and access to the necessary equipment.
: Genetically engineered viruses are already being custom-designed for use
: in "pest" control. These viruses have the advantage of attacking only the
: target species. To complicate the search for a cure or a vaccine, and as
: insurance against the possibility that some Humans might be immune to a
: particular virus, several different viruses could be released (with
: provision being made for the release of a second round after the generals
: and the politicians had come out of their shelters). Of course, natural
: viruses, such as the smallpox virus, that attack only Humans could be
: used as well.9 (but don't, for goodness' sake, go around saying that
: you're actually advocating any of this. We can get our message across
: just as effectively by, for example, campaigning to make it legal to
: exterminate the Humans.)
:
: Notes
:
: 1. In his essay "The Land Ethic" Aldo Leopold says: "A thing is right
: when it tends to preserve the integrity, stability, and beauty of the
: biotic community. It is wrong when it tends otherwise." (Stability here
: should be understood as embracing such dynamic processes as succession
: and evolution.)
:
: 2. See, for example, Frank Forencich, "Homo Carcinomicus: A Look at
: Planetary Oncology," Wild Earth, 2:4 (Winter 1992/93), pp. 72-74. But
: Forencich fails to take his argument to its logical conclusion: what does
: a surgeon do with a cancer?
:
: 3. Even a computer virus. Stephen Hawking once remarked (he had been
: arguing that computer viruses fit the definition of living systems): "I
: think it says something about human nature that the only form of life we
: have created so far is purely destructive. We've created life in our own
: image."
:
: 4. It seems to us to make more sense to say that the Humans have raised
: the planet's carrying capacity for their own species than to say that the
: Human population has been exceeding the planet's carrying capacity at
: least since the invention of agriculture. Carrying capacity, by
: definition, can be exceeded only briefly.
:
: 5. Any more than it mattered to the buffalo that the Indians who were
: helping to massacre them had been "corrupted" by whites.
:
: 6. Proposed, for example, by Finnish writer Pentti Linkola-but as a way
: of only reducing the Human population, in order to save the species.
:
: 7. An even riskier variation on this method, suggested by Australian
: environmental activist Helen Caldicott, would be to put contraceptives
: in the water supply.
:
: 8. The leading voice for this method is the Voluntary Human Extinction
: Movement (P.O.Box 86646, Portland OR 97286-0646).
:
: 9. Our experience with AIDS suggests that these viruses should be airborne.
: AIDS, which once offered so much hope, has proved to be just too easy to
: avoid. For a tip on how to produce an airborne version of AIDS, see Jean
: Marx, "Concerns Raised about Mouse Models for AIDS," Science, vol. 247
: (16 Feb. 1990), p. 809.

:
: People bitten by these ants develop painful, itchy blisters, which can be

: There was going to be this great, poetic introduction to this 'piece'. But
: then I came to my senses and figured out how fucking lame that was. OK.
: Maybe back in the twenties or something, guys got their dick sucked for
: being poetic. For being good with words. For making you think about the
: smell of your mother when you got your first bath.
:
: Feeling the wisps of hair or some shit when you were little. But unless
: you want your cock in a guys' mouth, you might as well forget that shit
: now. It isn't getting you anywhere.
:
: And if you're like me, and I know you are, most of that shit won't even
: give you a hard-on now. Maybe, MAYBE, if you pull your dick out of one
: chick's ass, and then directly go to another chick sucking on you, MAYBE
: you can get a semi. But don't count on it. I know it's not cool to
: sympathize with the Nazis right now, but you and I both know what really
: makes the blood flow. Cold water experiments at Daschau.
:
: Her blue, succumbing lips. She doesn't even care at this point. She's
: just given up. Let go. She only wants to be released. To die. The cold
: doesn't even bother her any more.
:
: And that's how we like our women, n'est-ce pas?
:
:
: I apologize for the French there, Annie. I know how you hate that. Makes
: you feel stupid (even though you're not} She is.
:
: I can make this louder.
:
: No problemo, Annie! I'd like to take a break and work on you. You seem
: pretty fucking sweet. Maybe a little odd shift or stretch in those jeans,
: but I can ignore that. Especially in this weather.
:
: Let's hug for a bit. You're pretty warm! I must say. Oh, this music? Sonic
: Youth. No, I hate them, but I like this song. I mean.
:
: There's something down there, Sugar Kane.
:
:
: After a long night of feeding you, shoveling cocktail shrimp after
: cocktail shrimp down that bottomless pie hole. I find your center. Of
: course I have to keep telling that fucking waitress to make
: tout-de-suite with the bread and beer. The bread, because maybe it can
: take hold in your fucking stomach and make you fucking reasonable.
:
: The beer the same reason, but for me. And I get you back, and I get your
: shirt off. And no, you don't look like it from that picture, but. God
: damn. What the fuck is the deal with the guys in Chubby Chasers?
:
: OK, maybe fat chicks give good head. But you get their shirts off and
: it's all, oh, no, I want to cover this. Don't touch me there. That
: tickles. Jesus fucking christ.
:
: If I had a fucking pool of 24 degree water and a stopwatch you'd fucking
: be in trouble. As it is, though, all I have is me and your titties.
:
: And if it takes a bit of cooing and another fucking hour of convincing,
: I'm gonna get your nipples in my mouth. So I do. I convince you that
: you're beautiful. That I'll fucking die or whatever if I don't see
: your tits. I don't even remember.
:
: I do remember the specifics. The chaffed tracts between your tits and
: your belly. Where they rub. Where the little bits of skin and oil and
: dirt get rolled up into tiny hair-like sausages. Little stinky
: vermicelli. And I dive in. Because I am. the. fucking. champ.
:
: If the only thing keeping me from having a new chicks nipples in my
: mouth is some smelly old skin. Guess what. My tongue and nose and
: throat can go fucking hug a root. Me and My Hog run this show. And we
: may not rut tonight, but we're not going to be stopped by any pre
: gangrenous mass. No, fucking, sir.
:
:
: Of course, then we get your pants off. And what the fuck. There's like
: a whole other being down there. Phone home. I swear to god. Yeah. I
: know.
:
: It's genital warts.
:
: That's obvious.
:
: The problem is, it's so fucking inviting. Once you've let me in this
: far, you really think anything you do or say, or anything I feel is
: going to stop me? Hell no.
:
: I'm fucking Mengele on a tangent here. I could save hundreds of tank
: commanders with this action. The fate of the Faterland depends on me
: god dammit. Or, as the Germans say, Gotterdamerung. Probably some
: dots in there somewhere.
:
: The fact remains that I've got your sweet white cotton panties off. I
: could build a house from those and live forever. I don't care if they
: come from kind of a fat chick. They're still nice and nearly clean.
: And only dirty with the kind of beautiful things that chick dirty
: their panties with.
:
: But they were hiding that fucking thing. That ET. How the fuck did
: you get that? You've probably only had sex one fucking time before
: me, you hog.
:
: Or, I guess, that makes sense. Your first time gave you this little
: magic crystal palace, and you just haven't done anything about it
: since. That's cool. I've got plenty to do with it.
:
: Now that we're, so to speak, face to face. I plant a big fucking
: kiss right on it. Right on ET's little face. It's rough. It's solid.
: It feels just like it looks. And you coo a bit. It feels like
: nothing. Like anasthesia. You can feel around it. But you can't
: feel it, itself. Which is a good place for you.
:
: You're already drunk enough to let me play with this little alien.
: Your hitch-hiker. What do you feed it? The good intentions beauty of
: your fellow humans would be my guess.
:
: A little black hole of ugliness, fate and envy. I could live on this
: planet of yours. Uninhabitable to most. But not us, right? We thrive
: on the perceived success of others.
:
: Because you me and the genital wart know that. It can be taken down
: like Lincoln Logs as soon as you know what they love.
:
: What they value.
:
: What she wants.
:
:
:
: When you're going down on a chick with a giant ass genital wart, what
: you don't expect is whistling.
:
: See, she's not been fucking licked on by anyone in years. In AT LEAST
: the time it's taken this fungus to grow. And, let's face it, it really
: is a fungus. A normal chick would have seen someone ages ago, and
: gotten some kind of crap...cream, pill, juice, I don't know, but some
: kind of bull shit to take care of it.
:
: But not you, no, dear no. You were shy about it, until the point that
: it became so embarassing, so fucking humiliating that ANYONE would be
: afraid to go get something done about it. I mean this thing can be
: called another being.
:
: And here I am. With my tongue caressing it. Both of us pretending that
: it's part of you. It's making you coo, the motions. It feels like dead
: pudding under my tongue. It's beautiful. Until I start to hear the
: whistles.
:
: And maybe it's the beer talking. Maybe it's some combination of beer
: and determination, but I hear it. And out of the corner of my eye. I
: see him. Just for a second. White hat, white pants.
:
: Little blue belly.
:
: And then he runs away. Does your wart medicine smell like
: strawberries?
:
: I don't know. But I'm lying in a pool of my on vomit. Don't worry, I
: quietly rowfed that up. You didn't even notice. Just my ear and hair
: in a warm pool of chunky sin. Staring at this fucking stonehenge of
: poon. This warthenge. This fleshy monolith. I swear to God it's 1
: by 4 by 9. And ready to send me in to the past. Into space. Whatever.
: All I can think of is how many tank commanders can be saved by us
: freezing it. And we'll never freeze it.
:
: So I thaw it. And they run out and mock me. Singing their songs about
: berries and bull shit. They don't know what's really going on. Hope
: that mushroom is warm. 'Cause I've got a cooler that can make beer
: cold in 6 minutes flat.
:
: And before the end of the night, your ass is going in there.
