Dumplings leftovers soup

Like this time is perfect
When you prepare too much dumpling filling, you can do a soup for dinner :)
Start preparing the basic broth ( 2 chicken stock cubes, a little of salt, minced ginger, black pepper)
Fill the broth with ruffled meat ball made with a spoon. They doesn't need to be a sphere perfect shape at all and let it cook at low heat.
When the meat is ready, add the carbage and half of spring onions and partially cook them.
Add soya source, sesame oil and taste the broth. Add some more ingredients of the previous one if needed
Add minced spring onions and voila!
